We are Boy Scout Troop 442 from Wylie, Texas. We have Scouts from Wylie and a number of nearby communities including Garland, Murphy, Richardson, Rowlett, Sachse, and St. Paul.

We are a member of the East Trinity Trails District, Circle 10 Council of the Boy Scouts of America

We are chartered by Sanden International (USA), Inc., Wylie, Texas.

We are a boy-led troop of about 45 scouts, ranging from Scout to Eagle ranks, and in the past included a co-ed Venturing Crew.

The boys in the troop range in age from 10-1/2 to 17 years old and from the 5th to the 12th grades.

Boys in our troop attend a mix of public schools, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Our troop includes boys from a variety of religious backgrounds.

Our troop participates actively in the BSA's national honor society (the Order of the Arrow).

Troop meetings are held weekly at the Sachse First United Methodist Church,1520 Blackburn Road, Sachse, Texas.
